My vehicle was taken in on time. The waiting area was clean and the staff was kind.

Always good customer service. This last time though I was really concerned about the tune up. I had a severe misfire with one of my spark plugs on my way home and my check engine light was blinking on and off. I made it back to the shop and had to take a loaner car. Just really inconvenient. I hope everything will be ok with it. I'm sure Garber will do absolutely anything to make it right if something goes wrong. Ashley was wonderful as she could see that I was not impressed. She kept her cool and did what was right in this situation. Thanks Ashley. Russell Williams
