This was my complimentary oil change. I had a screw in my back driver's side tire that I told them about and they fixed it. The wait was a little longer than I had anticipated but that's not a major thing. I was very happy with my overall experience. The staff is wonderful!

My saleman? 10 Stars always, He's fantastic and frankly since the Garber takeover is the only reason (along with the stellar service dep't) I still return to "Farnsworth" aka Garber Chevrolet. I have been a "Farnsworth" customer for 35 years. Many of those years I have leased, up to and including my new 2025 Equinox. Never before I been subject to an "upsell" sales pitch by a business manager. It was a waste of my time and, it confirms my worst fear; the "Farnsworth" experience I've enjoyed over the years is gone. Garber is all about the bottom line, just another big box dealership. If I am still walking this earth in 2028 when this lease expires I wonder where I will go for my next vehicle.
